Building Amenities: Over 24,600 sq. ft of creative spaces occupied by both established and emerging artists. Located in the heart of Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe Drive. The building contains a gallery / event center and bar, open air courtyard and Coffee House that are surrounded by 7 lofts and 16 artist work studios making Nine10Arts a space truly unique in the Denver area.
